Julia Johnson is a bilingual family counsellor, registered psychotherapist, and registered play therapy supervisor who provides psychotherapy in English and Spanish for children, youth, adults, couples, and families. She has worked in mental health since 1992, with more than 30 years of experience across hospitals, residential programs, schools, and private practice settings in both the United States and Canada. In her work with children and adolescents, Julia uses play, attachment-based and family therapies to address anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioural challenges, and parent–child relationship difficulties. Her goal is to help clients overcome fears and limitations, rediscover their inner strengths, and build more meaningful relationships with themselves, others, and God.
